Check the UK size, not the EU number. Some imported pairs have the wrong EU size printed on the label (a UK 6 marked EU 41, for example). We ship by UK size — always go by that.

Why do I pay ₹150 for Cash on Delivery?+
It confirms the order is real so we can ship immediately. The ₹150 comes off your bill — you pay only the balance to the courier. It’s non-refundable only if the parcel is refused or returned after shipping.
Where do you deliver and how long does it take?+
All over India through Shiprocket partners; India Post Parcel for pincodes they don’t serve. Processing takes 1–2 business days, delivery 5–7 business days after that. Shipping cost is shown at checkout.
What if the size doesn’t fit?+
Wrong-size exchanges are covered when raised within 24 working hours of delivery with an uncut unboxing video. If you simply want a different size, we’ll swap it subject to stock — you cover shipping both ways. There’s no reverse pickup, so ship it back and share the tracking within 72 hours.
Can I cancel after ordering?+
Yes, any time before dispatch, with a ₹50 or 3.5% charge (whichever is higher). Once the courier has the parcel, cancellation isn’t possible. If we haven’t dispatched within 72 working hours, cancellation is free.
