Shipping & Cash on Delivery+
- Processing 1–2 business days (orders after 1 PM count from the next day). Delivery 5–7 business days after that.
- COD: ₹150 advance by UPI to confirm, deducted from your bill. Non-refundable only if the parcel is refused or returned after shipping.
- Prepaid: ₹100 off, no advance, no courier “fake attempt” problem.
- We call or WhatsApp to confirm size and address before packing. Tracking link sent on WhatsApp.
Exchange & cancellation+
- Exchange (no refund) for wrong size, wrong product or damage — raise within 24 working hours of delivery with an uncut unboxing video.
- Ship the pair back and share tracking within 72 hours; no reverse pickup. Preference size swaps: you pay shipping both ways, subject to stock.
- Cancel before dispatch: ₹50 or 3.5% of invoice, whichever is higher. Free if we haven't shipped within 72 working hours of your confirmation.

In terms of appearance, it's good. There are no quality problems within the price range. However, wearing shoes is completely uncomfortable.
