  • We primarily use Shiprocket services for shipping. If your pincode is not serviceable by Shiprocket, we use India Post Parcel Service to ensure your orders reach safely and timely.

Tracking:

  • Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided via WhatsApp.

  • You can track your shipment directly through Shiprocket's website or India Post's tracking page.

Important Reminder:

  • Please ensure you provide your address in the correct format and double-check your pincode for accuracy to avoid delivery delays or returns.

Delivery Issues:

  • If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe or you face issues tracking your order, please contact our customer support immediately.

  • If you receive a package that appears tampered with or damaged, please refuse delivery and inform our customer support.

  • In case of a fake delivery attempt, please contact our support immediately and provide your feedback via WhatsApp and SMS.

Refund Policy for Advance Payments:

  • No refund against advance payment will be initiated if delivery is refused by the customer, or if the provided address, pincode, or contact details are incorrect.
