Exchange & cancellation+

- Ship the pair back and share tracking within 72 hours; no reverse pickup. Preference size swaps: you pay shipping both ways, subject to stock.
- Cancel before dispatch: ₹50 or 3.5% of invoice, whichever is higher. Free if we haven't shipped within 72 working hours of your confirmation.
